Love
In A Basket is a family owned business begun over 25 years
ago by my mother-in-law. Originally run from her home in the Boston
area, Love In A Basket offered custom gourmet gift-giving
with a loving touch.
Today,
we hope to continue that tradition by offering our customers the
same personalized attention in finding or creating the perfect
gift basket, all with the added convenience of online shopping.
So
please, dont hesitate to call us with any special requirements,
or any questions. We love to get to know our customers and to

Ordering
Information
You may place order with Love In A Basket 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week via our website. You may also phone in your
orders or requests Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm EST
on our Toll Free number: 877-609-LOVE (5683). We are always interested
in talking to our customers about our gift baskets so feel free
to call us with any orders, comments, or suggestions.
All
orders are processed the day they are received and are shipped
within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends. If any particular items
are unavailable or out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
If you wish to have a basket delivered on a particular date or
time, use the Special Instructions/Comments box our
online order form to request specific delivery arrangements.
Shipping
We take as much care in shipping your Love In A Basket order as
we do in selecting our products. We ship by Standard UPS
Ground shipping (3-7 business days) on all orders, unless you
choose special shipping options, which will be reflected in the
price. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday unless
special arrangements have been made in advance. All orders are
shipped from our Watertown, Massachusetts office. Local orders
in the Boston area can be hand delivered with prior arrangements.
Shipping
charges for special orders and corporate orders will be calculated
on an individual basis. Weekend delivery is available at an additional
charge via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Call or email us for specific charges
and destination availability. You may also specify the delivery
date which works best for you. Because temperatures vary
across the country, we may need to charge an additional $7.50
fee for insulated packaging, if chocolates or other perishables
are included in baskets during certain times of the year.

We love corporate orders and will work with you to provide the
very best in interesting and unique items for those special corporate

gifts. So if you dont see what you are looking for on our
website, or you already have something special in mind, please
call us and we will get the job done for you. Special packaging
and wrapping? Not a problem. We will be happy to create exactly
the look you want. Quantity orders? We will make 1, 100, or 1,000.
Whatever your corporate needs, Love In A Basket
can handle them. We will accept credit card orders, as well
as checks and company purchase orders. Our superb and professional
personal service will help make your corporate gift giving a success.
Product
Availability
We strive to fulfill every order as pictured or described on our
website. However, some items pictured in our baskets may not be
available at the time of the order due to high demand and/or product
availability. We reserve the right to substitute, when necessary,
any product that is unavailable at time of order. We will make
every effort to replace out-of-stock items with products of equal
or greater value than the original item shown.
Payment
Information
We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. Purchase Orders
will be accepted for corporate orders only and can be faxed to
617-923-1779. Orders can be placed directly on our website 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, or by calling our Toll Free number
at 877-609-LOVE (5683). Orders are processed and shipped Monday
through Friday. Special orders and rush shipments can be processed
on weekends by making prior arrangements with Love In A
Basket.
Privacy
Policy
We here at Love In A Basket are committed to protecting
the privacy of our clients. Your orders are placed on our secure
server. We never sell or exchange our mailing list or customer
information to anyone, or any organization. If you are uncomfortable
about using the Internet to place your credit card orders, please
call us directly on our Toll Free number and we will be glad to
accept your information over the phone.
Cancellations
& Returns
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after it is placed by notifying
us via email, or by phone. Refunds
will be made electronically to the credit card used at time of
purchase, provided the order is canceled before shipping has taken
place.
Baskets
may be returned if damaged or broken in shipment. The original
packaging and basket must be returned to Love In A Basket
before any refund can be given. If the shipper is at fault, they
will need to see the original package to determine the cause of
damage. Return arrangements must be made directly with Love
In A Basket by phone. If a replacement basket is ordered,
Love In A Basket will issue a pickup for the damaged
item.

the Continental USA
For orders or shipments outside the Continental USA, please call
our toll-free number: 877-609-LOVE (5683). Our website does not
currently support orders outside the U.S., but we will be glad
to assist you with non-domestic orders over the phone.
